[Slapt-get-devel] slapt-get implementations

I have made some implementations to slapt-get,
- added proxy support in configuration file
- added proxy authentication in configuration file
- verbose mode in config file
- show progress also in configuration file

I promote it to slapt-get 0.9.8d
Do not know how to deploy it, so i'm sending in this list
