[Slapt-get-devel] slapt-get 0.9.9h

when i did a dist-upgrade from 10.0 to 10.1, I experienced trouble logging
on as well, between the point of installing the new slapt-get (and
upgraded reqs), which I did first, and installing all the new packages.
After it had finished installing the new packages, everything worked fine.
