It appears my build box for 10.1/current had an incorrect umask set and the slackpacks from
that box exhibited this problem.

I've corrected it and uploaded an 0.9.9h-i386-2 package that should install over the first one,
and be available to those users who still haven't gotten the -1 release yet.
