[Slapt-get-devel] slack-desc

Hi,

I noticed that the slack-desc files included in the slapt-get and
gslapt source tarballs are not exactly right. It is recommended that
the 2nd line should be empty, but it isn't in both cases. Take a look

Not anything big in any case, but I thought I'd mention it.
