[Slapt-get-devel] HTTP response code said error

Hi Jason,

I have these in my slapt-getrc:

and I found out that after slapt-get commit:
c6084d5564129976ff6916ee3cb604ce208a5101
(add SLAPT_NO_SSL_VERIFYPERR environment variable check)

I get this "HTTP response code said error" message for the repositories 
that have no patches directory:

Previously, only a "Done" message was shown for the patch list in those 
repositories. Since those repositories are not meant to include a patches 
directory anyway, I think it's kind of misleading to throw an error 
message as if something went actually wrong.
