[Slapt-get-user] slapt-get not using specified mirror

I've changed the mirror in slapt-getrc "SOURCE=..." as well as
uncommenting a single mirror in /etc/slackpkg/mirrors. However slapt-get
still wants to use the painfully slow ftp.slackware.com when I do a
slapt-get --upgrade. Why is this?

Here's my slapt-getrc:

WORKINGDIR=/var/slapt-get
EXCLUDE=alsa-driver,kernel-ide,kernel-source,kernel-headers,kernel-modules,lilo,.*-[0-9]dl$,devs
SOURCE=ftp://slackware.mirrors.tds.net/pub/linux/slackware/slackware-current

My mirror file is empty but for one address (the above).
