I'm guessing you didn't really read what I wrote (<big><b>to provide
for long lists of excluded packages?</b></big>). I have an exclude list
that is very long. I would rather have that list in a separate file.
And yes, I'm also aware that I would still have to edit it. So what was
the point in bringing that obvious point up? Try reading and asking
real questions, that matter.<br>

For what gain? You'd still have to edit a file to add the excludes.
Excludes are added in slapt-getrc.
