<div class="moz-forward-container">I recently tried to install an
earlier version (0.98.4) of clamav than what was available in the
Slackbuild repository using slapt-src. Slackbuild repository had
the 0.98.5 version so I attempted to pass the VERSION option to
slapt-src as follows:<br>
<br>
<b><i># VERSION=0.98.4 slapt-src -i clamav</i></b><b><i><br>
</i></b><br>
Slapt-src downloaded the 0.95.5 version instead and then failed
when trying to untar the 0.95.4 version. Here's the console log:<br>
<br>
<i><b>root[system]# VERSION="0.98.4" slapt-src -i clamav</b></i><i><b><br>
</b></i><i><b>The following packages will be installed:</b></i><i><b><br>

So it looks like the VERSION argument doesn't get set in the the
download URL.<br>
<br>
There is also a very real possibility that I did something wrong.<br>
<br>
Thanks for your time.<br>
