[Slapt-get-devel] czech translation problem

Hello,

there are few problems with czech translation:
1) it should be placed to /usr/share/locale/cs
2) it prints some weird characters (mostly '?') instead of czech characters. I forgot to change a line in cs.po, it should be "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-2\n" instead of "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1\n"
