I've tried the same upgrade but with slapt-get 0.9.10c: it worked fine,
no more bugs!

Now I have a question:
if I use --remove-obsolete does slapt-get automatically remove every
obsolete package without give me the choice of keeping any of them? Or
can I choose what to do with each package?

and a suggestion:
when I upgrade my system slapt-get detects which new packages it has to
install to satisfy all the dependencies. But what if I want to install
only one or two of the suggested new packages?
Could be possible (with another flag like --question-everything) to give
the user the possibility of choice?

I hope to be helpful.
Best Regards,

Stefano Stabellini
