[Slapt-get-devel] slapt-src: translation of man page

Hi

Here is the translation of man page into russian. This man page is in utf-8, not in koi8 as for slapt-get. So, if anyone expects problems viewing this man page, I suggest setting NROFF in /usr/lib/man.conf to following:

NROFF           /usr/bin/enconv -L ru -x UTF-8 | /usr/bin/groff -mandoc -Tutf8 -Dutf8

enconv is available in enca (http://repository.slacky.eu/slackware-13.37/libraries/enca/1.13/enca-1.13-i486-3sl.txz).
