This release features the following small updates:

    * a few translation updates and a minor ui update
    * requires slapt-get 0.9.11 for new description cleaning functionality
    * new Bulgarian translation by Victor Keranov
    * fixed bad bold tag in gslapt.pot
    * updated .desktop entry to NotShowIn KDE, added gslapt-kde.desktop
    * added call to usr/bin/update-desktop-database in doinst.sh (freerock)
    * updated Russian and Unkrainian translations
