[Slapt-get-user] skip package option when error 404 received

My experience with AudioSlack is that sometimes the packages are not on 
the server (yet). Rosegarden-4 is one of the packages I'm having trouble 
with as well.

404 error is simply a 'file not found' error. Which means either the 
package file name is different on the server as in the package index, or 
the file is not there.

I used to have this problem with alsa-lib as well, but that was solved 
after I posted to the audioslack mailinglist. I'll post about Rosegarden 
as well.
