Virtually all of your packages? I don't see it. With the slapt-getrc file you sent me and
with your installed package logs, the following look valid to me:

grub-0.97-i486-1rsk is to be upgraded to version 0.97-i586-2vl6
mplayerplug-in-3.50-i486-2sl is to be upgraded to version 3.55-i586-1vl60
qt-r887099-i486-1 is to be upgraded to version 3.3.8b-i486-2
rxvt-unicode-9.06-i486-1bj is to be upgraded to version 9.06-i586-2vl60

Granted the qt upgrade is still not correct but that is certainly not a regression. We've
gone over this ad nauseum. I understand you do not want to see this as upgradeable but you can
always unmark it knowing what you know about your specific system setup.

Also keep in mind that "Latest Available Version" does not denote an upgrade but the latest
version available in your current active package sources. Maybe that is the source of your
confusion. Look at the upgradeable view or simply mark the upgrades and look at the
transaction report.

Certainly, that can be enabled.

What's wrong with a screenshot?
