[Slapt-get-user] Options for patch upgrades

Hi

I've searched the subject lines of the mailling list archive and from 
Oct 2003 till March 2005 there isn't a subject line that indicates 
anything about patches, so if this is a repeat, my apologies :)

Specifically, I'm interested in how to config slapt-get to update 
patches, but didn't see anything to that effect in the config file. Did 
I miss it or is there an option I pass at the command line?
