[Slapt-get-user] Options for patch upgrades

Slackware doesn't release patches (at least not to my knowledge), instead
they release entirely new versions of slackpacks (ie .tgz files). Once a
new slackpack comes out, simply run 'slapt-get --update && slapt-get
--upgrade' and that should do it. If you are tracking -current then use
--dist-upgrade instead of --upgrade.
